If the customer receives the order, and decides they do not want to keep the products, they may return any “UNOPENED” products at “THEIR” expense within 15 days of the receipt date (except seasonal products, promotional, special orders, fashion items, nail products and electrical items) provided the invoice number and date can be furnished and products are in sellable condition, subject up to a 30 percent restocking fee on returned product. Returned products are subject to inspection by BeautyJunky.com staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple requests for the same products are subject to review by BeautyJunky, Inc. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. We do not accept returns on electric appliances such as curling irons and hair dryers, as each manufacturer already guarantees its electric appliance via registered warranty for either repair or replacement. Be sure to fill out your product registration form you will receive from the manufacturer with your electric appliance product.
3. We do not accept returns on any make-up products. Makeup colors are variable from different manufacturers. Please be sure to select your makeup colors carefully before making a purchase.
4. We only cover shipping fees for errant merchandise and damaged products.

The package must be insured or have a return receipt to show proof of shipping in case the package is lost in transit.
